Founder
An orthopaedic surgeon turned entrepreneur, is passionate
about redefining beauty, grooming, and wellness. Son of the
renowned pain therapist Mr. Dayal, he carries forward a
legacy of care while steering it into lifestyle and aesthetics.
Through his flagship venture, The Art Beat Salon and
Academy, he is creating a space that blends premium
grooming services with professional training for young
talent. His vision goes beyond just beauty; it is about
empowering people with confidence, nurturing creativity,
and setting new standards in the industry.

Sachin Dakoji is a veteran hairstylist with over three
decades in the hair and makeup industry. Trained
extensively across the world, he has been associated with
L’Oréal Professionnel since its entry into India and is a proud
member of Haute Coiffure Francaise in Paris.
With over 30 years of experience in the Tollywood industry,
his prominent clients include renowned actors like
Nagarjuna, Amala, Prabhas, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun,
Lakshmi Manchu, Taapsee Pannu and Kajal Aggarwal to
name a few. His career highlights include representing India
as part of the Dream Team for the ‘India in Paris’ show and
leading Hyderabad to win the L’Oréal Colour Trophy in 2011.
Beyond the salon, Sachin continues to shape the industry
with his work on shoots, shows, and OTT platforms, while
also contributing to salon education.

Tanuja Rajapathruni is a seasoned professional with nearly
25 years in the hair and makeup industry. After completing her
cosmetology training in Hyderabad, she pursued advanced
courses at prestigious institutes like Toni & Guy and Vidal
Sassoon, working alongside international artists to refine her craft.
Her career spans across Tollywood, fashion shows, bridal
styling, editorial shoots, and collaborations with leading
magazines such as Vogue. Winner of the L’Oréal Colour Trophy
in 2008, she has also styled well-known personalities including
Namrata Shirodkar. Tanuja has held leadership roles such as
Artistic Director at a reputed salon chain while continuing to
mentor through projects and self-grooming classes.
